Refund and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds.  For your convenience, we offer ticket exchanges for most SSU events, subject to availability. We encourage you to exchange your tickets as early as possible.  Exchange requests must be received by the Box Office no later than 6:00 p.m. the business day prior to the event.  To exchange tickets, patrons are encouraged to call the Box Office during business hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm).  Exchanges may also be done in person at the Student Center during business hours.

Exchange requests for a higher-priced performance, game or section will be charged the difference.  Exchange requests for a lower-priced game or section will be considered a donation or can be applied to additional ticket purchases in the same transaction.  Exchanges of discounted tickets require upgrading to a full-price ticket and paying the difference in price.

Exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to the event start time, or by 6:00pm the last business day before the event, whichever comes first.

Tickets may also be donated by emailing tickets@sonoma.edu up to one hour prior to the event start time. The total ticket value is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. If you reach us after hours, leave a message regarding your ticket information and we will handle the donation for you.
